A fixed bridge looks and feels good, it’s the next best thing to having your own teeth. No movement of the teeth whatsoever.
Fixed on 4 for Peter. Four implants were placed using a surgical guide on the upper jaw and a fixed bridge screwed into the implants. When a surgical guide is used no sutures/stitches are normally needed. Healing is quick and placement of implants tends to be very precise.
Fixed bridge on 6 implants. The bridge also served to provide excellent lip support to help make the smile brighter and made our patient look even more stunning.

How long does the All-on-four® procedure take?
What do my bones have to do with the procedure?
As with conventional implants, a certain level of jawbone structure is required to hold the dental implant in place – a process referred to as osseointegration.
Patients with severe bone deterioration may not be qualified for dental implants, especially with traditional implants that only hold only one tooth each.
